SYGNUM Cable Art allows each user to tailor the exercises precisely to his or her personal needs. Movements are unguided, lines are free and the radius can be specified individually at any time. Each machine contains two weight stacks which allow the user to train each side of the body independently using different weights. In addition to two basic exercises, a wide range of alternative movements can be performed on each machine.
